Centennial Welcomes Michael Bramnick as an Advisor

November 20, 2025 – Centennial is pleased to welcome Michael Bramnick as an advisor.

Michael retired from NRG Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NRG) in 2024 after serving most recently as Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff, and Chief Audit and Compliance Officer, and as a member of the company’s Executive Management Team. During his tenure at NRG, he also held leadership roles as General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer.  Prior to joining NRG in 2004, Michael held senior roles in the legal departments at three other publicly traded companies.

We are excited to benefit from Michael’s deep experience as we continue to grow Centennial’s development and operating platform.
